David replied to my message straight away and came out to look at the job straight away too. He gave me options in terms of whether to replace the ridge that had came off or to replace the whole ridge and gave me prices for both which was really helpful. David completed the job to a great standard and also went above and beyond because he also replaced another broken tile that wasn’t even on the requested job which was greatly appreciated. He didn’t have to do that but was concerned that it cause us problems and it was a real nice gesture. Top service and a top bloke ~ John
I found Dave Brotherick initially by searching the internet and reading his reviews. I have a minor damp issue emanating from the chimney stack. Dave attended at the agreed time and examined the stack and quoted for replacing some pointing and re-sealing the lead flashing. We agreed a time and date. Dave was punctual, polite and efficient. During the work he broke a roof tile but replaced it immediately and another cracked tile with a ready supply he keeps in his van for such circumstances. Hopefully this has solved the issue but I may have to wait until storms in winter to find out. ~ David M
